Malfunction Decision Conditions

  • nanoe stop for 5 minutes for 3 times.

Malfunction Caused

  • Faulty connector connection.
  • Faulty indoor unit PCB.
  • Faulty nanoe generator.

Troubleshooting

When abnormality indication starts again.

Check the connector connection:
• Turn off the power.
• Check the connector connection.

Caution For safety reason and to prevent component breakdown, always switch off the power before remove and connect the component.

Is the connector connection normal?
NO
→
  • Connector poor contact.
  • Correct the connection.
YES
↓
Operate the nanoe function.
Check indoor PCB CN-NANO:
• Pin 1 and Pin 4 = 13.8V
NO
→
  • Defect in indoor PCB.
  • Replace the indoor PCB.
YES
↓
Operate the nanoe function.
Check indoor PCB CN-NANO:
• Pin 3 and Pin 4 = 5V
NO
→
  • Defect in HVU PCB.
  • Replace the HVU PCB.
YES
